Police Officers attached to the Organized Crimes Prevention Division had arrested a person with 19 Grammes and 450 Mili Grammes of Heroin in his possession at Katubedda in Moratuwa yesterday(26).The 39 year old suspect who is a resident of Moratuwa is due to be produced before the Moratuwa Magistrate Court.
