A person was arrested by the Police Narcotic Bureau
officials with 08 kilo grammes and 100 grammes of Kerala Cannabis in his possession at Erukkalampitiya area in Puttalam Police division on last Thursday (28).
The suspect was arrested while transporting the stock of cannabis by a Ladies Motorcycle it has been revealed.
The suspect who is a resident of Madurankuliya area along with the stock of Kerala Cannabis and the Motorcycle taken in to custody have been handed over to the Puttalam Police for future course of action.
