An Indian ship "INS Krich "carrying essential commodities,medical aid ,material,personal , equipment and rescue divers for the benefit of Sri Lankan persons affected by the adverse weather has arrived in Colombo Harbor this morning(27). Indian government has sent this Ship as per a request made by Sri Lankan Government .
Another ship carrying essential commodities and medical aid is due to arrive Colombo tomorrow(28).
Meanwhile Indian Prime Minister Narendra Singh Modi has expressed his sympathies to the families of Sri Lankan flood and landslide victims through a Twitter message.
