The verdict given by the Court of Appeal regarding registering private medical collage students in Malabe is a fair one and Sri Lanka Medical Council as a responsible body of registering medical graduates in Sri Lanka should implement the verdict without making deceisions based on political agendas and trade union influence, president of the Nursing Officers Association Saman Rathnapriya has stated.

Addressing a media briefing held in Colombo yesterday he has stated that his union as well as the  unions of professions supplementary to medicine and para medical services will support the court of appeals decision .
