A 26 Year Old Person Remanded Over Issuing Death Threats To President,Prime Minister And Opposition Leader Through FB

A 26 year old person has been remanded today(08) by the Colombo Chief Magistrate until 15th of December over issuing  death threats to  the President Maithripala Sirisena ,Prime Minister Ranil Wikramasinghe and the Opposition Leader R.sampnathan from  playing a sound clip through Facebook .

The suspect Dinush Chamara of Rathgama area (In Southern Province ) was remanded after being  produced before the Colombo Chief Magistrate's Court.

The youth was remanded after the Criminal Investigations Department  (CID) has informed the court that the suspect should be remanded as the investigations on the incident is still underway.
