Lankan national who arrived from Dubai with 183 illegal cigarette cartons in his possession
The Customs had forfeited the Rs.1.8 million worth stock of cigarettes arrested with the suspect and imposed a Rs.50,000 penalty on the suspect after an inquiry held on the incident it has been reported.
