A sixteen year old school boy was drowned in Kande Ela falls in Nuwara Eliya (Central Province) yesterday (10) while bathing there alone according to the Police.The school boy who went to a picnic with eight of his friends to Kande Ela Falls had lied to the parents that he was attending a tuition class the Police have stated.
Police have launched a search investigation on the incident after the parents of the School Boy had lodged a complaint on him it has been reported.
