Sri Lanka Navy have today(13) detained 23 local Fishermen along with three fiber glass Dinghy Boats they were in and equipment while illegally fishing in seas off Sampur(In Eastern Province).During the raid Navy have taken into custody three fiber glass dinghies,two diving masks and three monofilament nets.The detained fishermen and equipment were handed over to the fisheries inspector in Muttur for future course of action.
