The Colombo High Court has today(13) temporarily suspended the bail order granted to former Colombo Additional Magistrate Thilina Gamage over keeping a baby elephant in his possession without a valid permit.The court order regarding the suspension to former Colombo Additional Magistrate Gamage was issued to him considering the revised application filed by Attorney General.The Revised Application Sought to annul the Gangodawila Magistrate's bail order and order to remand former Additional Magistrate over charges against him.
The former Additional Magistrate was released on bail by Gangodawila Magistrate on 02nd of June after he was surrendered to the court.
