The Police Narcotic Bureau Officials have today(22) detained three leading drug smugglers with one kilo gramme of heroin in their possession at Colombo.The estimated value of the haul of heroin taken into custody is around Rs.10 million according to the Police.
The suspects are under police detention at present it has been reported.
