More Than 6000 Tonnes Of Garbage Has Been Collected From Flood Hit Areas In Colombo

Image result for garbage collected flood areas colomboDuring last four days more than 6000 tonnes of garbage has been collected from flood affected areas in Colombo according to Ministry Of Provincial Councils And Local Government.

The collected garbage has been dumped into a land situated in Kolonnawa(In Colombo) the Ministry has stated.The Ministry has used more than 100 vehicles and garbage collecting machines for collecting garbage from flood affected areas the Ministry has added.

The flood debris was also among the garbage collected from flood hit areas of Colombo it has been reported.
