Health Minister Directed Officials To Cancel The Limit Of Rs.1.5 Million Allocated For A Cancer Patient To Purchase Drugs

$Image result for \cancer drugs$ The Minister Of Health,Nutrition and Indigenous Medicine Dr.Rajitha Senaratne has today(23) instructed the Health Ministry Secretary and Director General Of Health Services to cancel the current limit of Rs.1.5 million allocated for Cancer Patients to purchase drugs and issue money on limitless basis.

Up to now The Medical Supplies Division of Ministry Of Health has issued Rs.1.5 million per Cancer Patient to purchase drugs which proves not enough due to the rising prices of cancer drugs.
