The government has decided not to release any of the Elephants who had been taken into custody by Wildlife Department recently due to their owners kept these Elephants without a valid licence.If the temples want to getting the service of elephants for their processions they should have done that trough elephants in Pinnawala Orphanage the Minsiter Of Housing snd Constrution Sajith Preamdasa has stated.
