The Kaduwela Magistrate Court today(06) rejected the application submitted by Yoshitha Rajapakshe the second son of former president Mahinda Rajapakshe seeking permission to travel Uganda with his father for the swearing in ceremony of that country's president Yoweri Musaveni.Yoshitha Rajapakshe who is formally attached to Sri Lanka Navy and recently detained over money laundering charges is currently out on bail and barred from travelling oversees due to the charges against him.
While rejecting the application of former president's son the Kaduwela Magistrate had informed him to direct the application to the High Court.
