Court Of Appeal To Consider The Petition Against Former LTTE Head KP On 30th Of May

The Court Of Appeal has today (09) ordered to recall the petition filed by requesting to arrest the former LTTE Head Kumaran Pathmanathan alias KP and produced him before court on 30th of May.

The JVP(Janatha Wimukthi Peramuna) MP Vijitha Herath has filed the petition against KP.When the petition was taken up for hearing today the Attorney General has stated that the Police are currently conducting an investigation on Kumaran Pathmanathan.
