The Lanka Electricity Company Private Limited has imposed an emergency power cuts in several areas of Colombo this evening as a precautionary measure due to the rising water level in Kelani River and flash floods in specific areas.Accordingly an emergency power cuts were imposed in several areas in Kolonnawa up to now.
