A 61 year old German Female has drowned to death in the sea at Hikkaduwa(In Southern Province) whilst bathing there according to reports.The residents in the area have rescued her and taken to the Arachchikanda Rural Hospital .However she has found dead on the way to hospital the reports have stated.
