The Valvitithurai(In Northern Province) Police have today(12) found a parcel containing 2 Kilo Grammes and 80 Grammes of Heroin hidden in a forest area at Thondamanaru in Valvitithurai .The Police suspects the the haul of Heroin which appears to be " Brown Sugar"had been smuggled to the country through sea route.
No arrests have been made in connection with the heroin parcel and the Police are conducting further search operations in the area.
