The Crimes Unit of Panadura Police have today(16) arrested four persons including a Police Inspector attached to Police Special Task Force for keeping firearms and ammunition in their possession at Veedagama in Bandaragama(In Western Province)Area.During the search of the Car the suspects were travelling in Police have found two firearms and twenty nine bullets without licenses.
The four suspects who are residents of Awissawella,Dambulla,Anuradhapura and Deniyaya Areas are due to be produced before Horana Magistrate Court.
