The five persons including Yoshitha Rajapakshe the second son of former president Mahinda Rajapakshe who are in remand for Money Laundering Charges have been further remanded until 24th of March by the Kaduwela Magistrate Court short while ago.The five accused have been remanded further after they were produced before the Kaduwela Magistrate Court today(10).
Former President's second son Yoshitha Rajapakshe and four others attached to the Private Television Channel Carlton Sports Network (CSN) were arrested and remanded over money laundering charges.
The bail application filed behalf of them by their Attorneys is due to be taken to consideration by Colombo High Court on next Monday(14).
