Around 60 Workers out of 100 Workers attached to Kahatagaha Graphite Mine are in protest inside the mine since last evening by demanding new year bonus from their employer.The group of workers had launched the protest after their employer has decided not to grant them the Rs.15,000 New Year Bonus this year which had been paid during previous years.
The Kahatagaha Graphite Mine Administrators have informed the Labor Commissioner on the protest .
