The imprisoned General Secretary Of the Bodu Bala Sena Venerable Galagodaaththe Gnanasara Thero had been released on bail on the charge of Contempt Of Court by Homagama Magistrate this morning and later again remanded until tomorrow(10) for the reason of not meeting the bail conditions.Accordingly Gnanasara Thero will be produced before the Homagama Magistrate Court again tomorrow(10).The Thero has been remanded for allegedly threatening the wife of missing cartoonist Prageeth Eknaligoda, Sandya Eknaligoda at the court premises.
Earlier in the day Homagama Magistrate has released Gnanasara Thero on two personal bails of Rs.100,000 each.
