Cecille Kothalawala Has Been Remanded Unil 23rd Of February And Transferred To Colombo National Hospital From A Private Hospital

Colombo Additional  Magistrate has today (09)ordered to remand Cecille Kothalawala the wife of  former Sri Lankan Business Tycoon Lalith Kothalawala until 23rd Of February and  transfer her to Colombo National Hospital  from the Private Hospital where she is receiving treatment since her arrest.

The Criminal Investigations Department (CID)didn't show any objection regarding transferring  Cecille Koathalawala to Colombo National Hospital.


Cecille Kotahalawala has been charged for misappropriating Rs.26 billion worth public investments at Golden Key Credit Company belongs to Ceylinco Group.She  has been arrested  by Immigration Officials upon her arrival to Sri Lanka last week and handed over to CID for further investigations.
