The Former President Mahinda Rajapaskhe has arrived at the Presidential Commission Of Inquiry probing large scale fraud and corruption this morning for the second consecutive day to give a statement regarding an allegation leveled against him at the Commission.The Presidential Commission has summoned the former president Rajapakshe over the allegation leveled against him over failure to pay the payments for an election advertisements telecast ed by a state owned television channel during the last year's presidential election.
