A suspect detained in connection with Child Molestation has been hospitalized yesterday (13) after he attempted to commit suicide by hang himself inside the Prison at Ambalanthota(In Southern Province) Police Station.The suspect who had arrested by the Police for allegedly molesting a 13 year old daughter of his Clandestine Lover had attempted to hang himself by using his sarong(Local Dress) inside the prison cell of the Police according to Police.
The 48 year old suspect has been admitted to the Hambanthota(In Southern Province)Hospital for treatment.
