The special Presidential Commission to inquiry to investigate and inquire into serious acts of fraud ,corruption and abuse of power,state resources and privileges has today (04) recorded a statement from the Chairman of Avant Guarde Security Services Retired Major Nissanka Senadhipathi regarding the controversial Avant Guarde Floating Armory Issue.The Presidential Commission is currently investigating on the floating armory issue per a complaint received to the commission.
