Sri Lanka Cricket has appointed the South African born Cricket Coach Graham Ford as the new Coach of Sri Lankan National Cricket Team for a 45 month Period with effect from 01st of February.The 55 year old Ford has coached Sri Lankan Cricket Team during 2012-2014 period before taking up coaching position of Surrey County in England.
As Sri Lankan National Cricket Team performed poorly during recent series of matches against other countries under local cricket coaches, Sri Lanka Cricket has decided to getting the service of a foreign coach for the team.
Graham Ford has guided the Surrey County to emerged as the country championship second division title.
