Dairy Farmers Protested Against Reducing Prices Of Locally Made Milk Powders

Dairy Farmers in Nuwara Eliya(In Up Country) District have Conducted a Protest Campaign in City Center today (16)against reducing  locally made Milk Powder through the 2016 Annual Budget Proposals.

According to the Protesters Local Milk Powder Manufacturing Companies have   dropped the production of Milk Powder due to the price reduction of locally made  Milk Powder .As a result these companies are not purchasing Milk from Dairy Farmers they have stressed.
