Former Army Commander Field Marshal Sarath Fonseka To File Legal Action Against Justice Minister

Former Army Commander And Democratic Party Leader Field Marshal Sarath Fonseka has said yesterday(07) he will file a court case against Justice Minister Wijedasa Rajapakha by claiming Rs.500 Million as a compensation.

Justice Minister Wjedasa Rajapakshe has told last Friday that he will file a court case against Field Marshal Sarath Fonseka by claiming Rs.500 Million as damages for making defamatory statements against him regarding Avant Garde Floating Armory .

Field Marshal Fonseka has earlier accused Justice Minister Wijesada Rajapakshe for taking bribes to covering up Avant Garde Floating Armory Issue and called him as a thief .
