Former Army Commander And Democratic Party Leader Field Marshal Sarath Fonseka has said yesterday(07) he will file a court case against Justice Minister Wijedasa Rajapakha by claiming Rs.500 Million as a compensation.Justice Minister Wjedasa Rajapakshe has told last Friday that he will file a court case against Field Marshal Sarath Fonseka by claiming Rs.500 Million as damages for making defamatory statements against him regarding Avant Garde Floating Armory .
Field Marshal Fonseka has earlier accused Justice Minister Wijesada Rajapakshe for taking bribes to covering up Avant Garde Floating Armory Issue and called him as a thief .
