The suspect whom Police have declared earlier as the murderer of five year old Seya Sadewmini of Kotadeniyawa Area ,Dunesh Priyashantha alias "Kondaya" has been released on bail today (23) by the Gampaha Magistrate Court after his mother has signed for his bail.Although "Kondaya" was found not guilty for Seya's rape and murder case he has been in remand as no one came forward to sign the bail for him it has been reported.
However after Kondaya's Mother has today signed the bail for him Gampaha Magistrate had released him on two personal bails of Rs.50,000 each.
