Sri Lankan Prime Minister Ranil Wikramasingha who is currently touring Japan has today(06) addressed the Japanese Parliament "National Diet" and became the first Sri Lankan Head Of State to done so.Prime Minister Wikramasingha became the third foreign head of state to be addressed Japanese Parliament after US President Barrack Obama and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Singh Modi.
