The Commission To Investigate Allegations Of Bribery Or Corruption today(28) had approved to recruit 50 new Police Officers to it's Investigation Division according to Director General Of the Commission Dilrukshi Dias Wikramasinghe.The new group of Police Officers is scheduled to be recruited have given a four week training regarding the activities of Bribery Commission's Investigation Division Director General has stressed."These Police Officers were scheduled to be recruited under the previous Commissioner.But he has not approved to recruit them" she has stressed.
Meanwhile around 3190 complaints have been received by Bribery Commission up to now including a complaint against bribery commission's previous commissioner it has been reported,However the complaint against previous commissioner has now been withdrawn the reports said.
