Prime Minister Ranil Wikramasinghe will leave India today(14) for a three day official visit first since he assumed his duties as the Prime Minister of Sri Lanka.
During his visit Prime Minister Wikramasinghe will be hold bi lateral talks with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi,President Pranab Mukarjee and Minister of External Affairs Sushma Swaraj.
To mark the Prime Minister's visit to India the Sri Lankan Government has decided to release 16 Indian fishermen who were arrested for allegedly pouching in sri lankan waters as a goodwill gesture.
