Three women were killed and 16 others injured when a small lorry carrying pilgrims which returning from the religious city of Kataragama, toppled in to a canal at Habaraluara area this morning .The injured were admitted to the Kataragama Hopsital.The pilgrims who were inside the lorry were residents of Kuruwita area in Ratnapura District according to the Police.
