Three Persons died yesterday (29) night when the Lorry they traveled in had fallen into a Precipice in Pahala Naragala Area at Horana-Matugama Road(In Kalutara District) according to the Police.The Three Persons including the Lorry Driver and Two Females succumbed to their injuries after admission to the Horana Hospital.
The Lorry which carried the deceased had veered off the road and fallen into the Precipice when the Lorry Driver had tried to prevent his vehicle
colliding with a Trishaw arrived from the opposite direction the Police have said.
The Police have arrested the Trishaw Driver in connection with the accident.
