While government is due to commemorate the war victory tomorrow(19) the former President Mahinda Rajapkshe along with the group of provincial politicians and Cinema And Tele Drama Artistes have commemorated the War Victory in 2009 at the Viharamaha Devi Open Theater in Colombo today(18).The Former President has inaugurated the commemoration by lighting a lamp which especially designed for the occasion.
