MP Vijitha Herath of leftist Janatha Wimkthi Peramuna Party has today(19) filed a writ application in Appeals Court by requesting to issue an arrest order on the current leader and former chief arms prosecutor of the LTTE KP allias Kumaran Pathmanathan and to commence judicial proceeding against him.The petitioner MP Herath has sought an order of mandamus directing the Inspector General Of Police ,The Defense Secretary and the Army Commander to take necessary legal action against the KP.
