The veteran Sri Lankan film actress turned government parliamentarian Mrs. Malini Fonseka has resigned from her parliamentary seat this morning but later withdrawn her resignation after president mahinda rajapaksha had declined to accept her resignation.Mrs.Fonseka who is a National List MP of the government sent her resignation letter to president this morning but did not revealed the reasons behind her decision.
