Sri Lanka takes on neighbors Pakistan today in their crucial group "A" World Cup Cricket match scheduled to play at R.Premadasa International Stadium in Colombo.The match which is to play under flood lights as it's a Day Night Game will begin around 2.30 p.m(local time) today.This is the first time that Sri Lanka meets a stronger team during this years World Cup Cricket Series .They met the minnows Canadian Team last Sunday where the Lank ans secured an easy win.The Sri Lankan Team is captained by Kumar Sangakkara and the Pakistani Team is captained by Shahid Afridi.
Authorities have said that 35,000 fully packed crowd will expect in today's Day Night Encounter.As Pakistan never lost a World Cup Cricket Match against Sri Lanka during their previous six meetings today's game will be an acid test for them to keep their record .
