The total number of Dengue patients reported so far this year passed the 20,000 mark and now stood as 20,647 patients.There were 149 dengue deaths according to the Sri Lankan Epidemiology Unit sources.The highest number of Dengue patients were reported from the Colombo District and Gampaha and Kandy became second and third places.
