Around 2490 Dengue Patients were reported throughout the Island and 14 deaths were reported during the Month of June Epidemiological Unit said today.According the unit due to the rain there is a risk of spreading the Disease further.People are advised to clean their gardens and removing the empty cans,and other medias where the Dengue mosquito lay their eggs.
