Ministry Of Health has decided to Interdict Two Pharmacists attached to the Badullla Teaching Hospital who found guilty for issuing an Expired Insulin Injection to a Female Diabetic Patient on last September.These Pharmacists were interdicted after considering the Recommendations of the Inquiry Report submitted by the Special Investigations Unit of the Ministry Health Minister Nimal Siripala De Silva said today .Ministry already asked the Chief Pharmacist of the Badulla Hospital to Provide Show Cause regarding to the Incident.The issuing of out dated Insulin Injection occured in 27th of September this year.
