Sri Lankan Cabinet today decided to offer the Exclusive Television Coverage of the International Cricket Matches played in Sri Lanka only to the State Owned Electric Media giving priority to the National State Owned Rupavahini Co operation.The State Owned Independent Television Network (ITN) remained as second option according to the Government Sources.Cabinet already instructed on this to the Sri Lankan Cricket the governing body of the Local Cricket.This decision will losing the rights of Private Television Channels here to cover the upcoming Series of Cricket Matches to be played in Sri Lanka.
