Two Persons Were Hospitalized Due To Vehicle Collision

Two persons were injured and hospitalized due to a collision of a Three wheeler,A Motor Car and a Motor cycle at Narangala junction of Horana-Bulathsinghala road (Western Province ) yesterday(30).

The incident occurred due to a problem of a Break system of the Three wheeler it has been reported.The injured Three wheeler driver and the Motorcyclist were admitted to Horana Base Hospital for treatment .

Poice Arrested An Audit Officer Over Keeping InPossession Of Fake Currency Notes

Wellawa Police(North Western Provonce ) had arrested an Audit officer in Sinharaja area at Kumbukwewa over keeping in possession of 16 Rs.1000 local currency notes it has been reported.

Police had arrested the suspect after he was giving a fake Rs.1000 note to a trader at Wellawa area to purchase a good.The trader had complained to the Police as he had noticed that currency note was a fake one.

The Police had found 16 other Rs.1000 Curremcy notes stored in the house of Audit officer at Kumbukwewa area during a raid carried out there

Daily Supply Of Litro Gas Had Been Increased

Daily supply of Litro Gas,had been increased by 10 ,000 Gas,cylinders from 30,000 to 40,000 cylinders due to the higher demand according to the Litro Gas Company.

In view of increasing the

supply of Litro Gas a new Gas installation is being built at Mabima in Sapugaskande area the Company has announced .
