Three ships carrying Diesel and Crude Oil are being anchored in Sri Lankan seas since last month as a result of the delaying of payments for the ships due to the current dollar shortage in the country according to the Ministry Of Power and Energy .
Accordingly the authorities had been failed to make payments for two Diesel ships and a crude oil ship which are being anchored in Sri Lankan seas since early and late August ,Ministry had managed to pay half of the amount need to pay for one ship it has been reported.
