Government To Recall A Limited Number Of Employees To Work

 Due to the current fuel shortage  the country ,Government has decided to recall a limited number of employees to work in view of  save fuel according to the Ministry Of Public Administration .


The Ministry had issued  circular in this regard already ,Government employees had worked from home during last week because  of the fuel shortage ,

Daily Power Cuts Had Been Extended By One Hour

 As there's no Diesel  and water to generate power ,Public Utilities Commission has given approval to extend the daily power cut hours by one hour from tomorrow (27) the Commission ha stated .


Accordingly there will be three hour long daily power cuts scheduled to be imposed from tomorrow until Next Sunday (03) it has been announced ,

These power cuts will be implemented as two hours and forty minutes in the noon session and Twenty minutes  during the night session in 20 zones belonging to the groups "A " to "Z" the Public utilities commission has stated ,

Ministry Of Education Decided To Shut Down All City Schools This Week

 Ministry Of Education has decided not to conduct City  schools for this week as well due to the current fuel shortage faced by the country .


Accordingly all City schools will be closed from 27th of June to 01st of July and the School children of those schools need to study online during this week the Ministry has stated ,

Earlier Ministry has stated that the All the city schools will be conducted three days during  this week .However as the Ministry of Power has announced that there's a severe fuel shortage in the country at present Ministry Of Education has decided to closed down the City schools for this week as well as  a result of transport difficulties faced by the School children and the teachers ,

 A tense situation had occurred amongst Health personal attached to Government Hospitals yesterday (24) as Fuel stations in the country had not taken steps to issue fuel for them as stated by Government ,




Government had announced Friday as the day for Hospital employees to get fuel for their vehicles from Petrol sheds and sheds too should prioritize when issuing fuel that day to Health sector Government has stated .However around 82 Petrol sheds allocated to issue fuel to Health sector employees did not receive enough fuel to issue for those employees Petrol shed owners had stated ,

As Health sector employees had stayed in long queues yesterday to get fuel ,Treatments  of  hospitals they are working  had paralyzed according to the Hospital sources .

Ministry Of Education Instructed Schools On How To Conduct Classes Next Week

Ministry Of Education has today (25) instructed the School principals to  conduct schools which not have transport difficulties as usual from next week and those Schools which have transport difficulties three days per week .


If a student or a teacher of a school did not attend the  school due to transport difficulties their absence should not be considered as a leave Ministry of Education had advised the Principals .On line classes need to be conducted For those students who cannot attend schools due to the Transport difficulties the Ministry had further stated ,
