Another 236 Corona Positives had been reported in the country today(20) Increasing the total number of Corona positives reported so far to 658,197according to Epidemiology Unit .

At the moment 17,090 Corona positives are being treated at Hospitals ,Quarantine Centers and under Home care system the Unit has stated.

Price Of A Cup Of Milk Tea Had Increased To Rs.100

The Price of a Cup of Milk Tea has been increased to Rs.100 with effect from today(20) due to the rising prices of Milk powder in the world market and the Dollar shortage in the Country according to the president Of the All Ceylon Canteen Owners Association Asela Sampath .

Accordingly this Price increase will be fixed for a one year period he has stated .The price of a cup of Mik tea has been increased soon after the increasing of the 400 gramme Milk powder pack by the Milk Powder Importers .Milk powder importers had increased the price of a 400 g Milk Powder pack by Rs.250 yesterday (19)

Laugfs Gas Company Increased All Kinds Of Gas Cylinder Prices

One of the Major Gas suppliers in Sri Lanka Laugfs Gas Company has increased all kinds of Gas Cylinders with effect from today (20) according to the Company .

Accordingly the 12.5 KG Laugfs Gas Cylinder has been increased to Rs.4199 from Rs,2840 and 5 KG G as Cylinder price has been increased Rs.1136 to Rs.1680 it has been announced. The 2.5 KG Gas Cylinder Price has been increased to Rs.672 it has been revealed .

A 70 Year Ol Man Had Died Whilst On A QUEUE

A 70 year old person had died today (19)after falling to the ground whilst on a Queue In front of a fuel station in Kandy for long hours to purchase Kerosene oil it has been reported.

The person had pronounced as dead whilst taking to the Kandy Hospital .The deceased who was a resident in Udathalawinna area in Kandy was in the queue around 05 hours to purchase Kerosene oil it has been revealed .After rain has began the deceased had fallen to the ground eye witnesses had stated.
