A Ship Carrying 40,000 Metric Tones Of Diesel Scheduled To Be Arrived This Sunday (20)-CEYPETCO

A ship carrying the first stock of Diesel received from neighboring India under a loan scheme is scheduled to be arrived in the country this Sunday (20) according to the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CEPETCO) .

Accordingly a stock of 40,000 metric tones of Diesel is scheduled to be arrived in the country it has been reported .

Another 03 Corona Deaths Reported Today (18)

A total of 03 Corona deaths had been reported in the country today (18) amidst decreasing of the total number of PCR Tests perform in the country Increasing the total number of Corona deaths reported so far to 16,422 the Director General Of Health Services (DGHS ) has announced .

DGHS has recently removed the Anti Covid Rule which stated performing of a PCR Test on a deceased is compulsory .

Another 288 Corona Positives Had Been Reported Today (18)

Another 288 Corona Positives had been reported in the country today (18) Increasing the total number of Corona Positives reported so far to 657,723 According to Epidemiology Unit .

At the moment 16,780 Corona Positives are being treated at Hospitals ,Quarantine centers and under home care system the Unit has stated ,
