The Remains Of The Sri Lankan Brutally Killed In Pakistan Brought Back To Sri Lanka

 The remains of the Sri Lankan General Manager attached to the garment factory at Sealcot in Pakistan who was brutally killed after harassing  ,had nbrought back to Sri Lanka today (06) from Pakistan .

The deceased Diyawadanage Don Nandasiri Priyantha Kumarage was brutally killed and burnt by a group of Pakistani's over removing posters related to Islam religion last week.The remains of the deceased had brought back to Sri Lanka from Lahore ,Pakistan .

The post mortem of the deceased was  conducted at the Nrgamabo District Hospital today (06)

741 Corona Positives Had Been Reported Today (06)

 A Total of 741 Corona Positives had been reported in the country today (06) ,Increasing the total number of Corona positives reported so far to 568,423 according to Epidemiology Unit .

Accordingly 11,251 Corona positives are being treated at Hospitals ,Quarantine Centers and under home care system the Unit has stated .

23 Corona Deaths Reported Today (06)

 Another 23 Corona deaths had been reported in the island today (06) ,Increasing the total number of Corona deaths reported so far to 14,483 according to Director General Of Health Services (DGHS).

Accordingly 15 males and 08 females had died due to Corona infection the DGHS has stated .Out of the deceased 20 were over 60 years of age and 03 were belonged to 30-60 year age group it has been revealed .

Authorities Had Arrested A Couple Who Held A Wedding Reception By Violating Quarantine Laws At Habaraduwa

 Authorities had arrested a couple who held a wedding reception with nearly 1000 guests by violating quarantine laws ,at a house in  Duwamalalagama area ,Habaraduwa (Galle District .

Authorities had also arrested those suppliers who had supplied  food ,chairs and Tents for the wedding reception as well and later they along with the couple  were released on bail according to the Habaraduwa MOH Office .

Police had arrested the member of a musical band played at the wedding for violating police orders .
