An Equipment Belonging To LTTE Recovered From Pudukudiiruppu Area
An equipment belonging to the LTTE
Terrorist Organization including LTTE official Jackats ,Photographs of LTTE Leader Velupillai Prabakaran ,A video containing activities of the organization stored in a large black box had been recovered whilst buried in a land at Iranapalai area in Pudukudiiruppu ,Mulathivu yesterday (21)by the Pudukudiiruppu Police .
The black box containing these LTTE Equipment had been recovered by a Group of workers digging the land belonging to a Christian church at Iranapalai area to put up a wall.
After being informed Pudukudiiruppu Police have arrived at the scene and recovered the LTTE Equipment stored in.the Black box.
Investigations are underway over the incident .

Landslide Warnings Issued To Three Districts Until This Evening
National Building Research
Organization (NBRO) has issued landslide warnings to Ratnapura ,Badulla and Kegalle Districts this morning (21) until 5 p.m today due to the heavy showers prevailing in those Districts
Heavy showers had been experienced in many parts of the country today including Central hill areas and Colombo from morning to evening caused heavy traffic in most of the roads .
Meanwhile two planes arrived in Katunayake International Airport had been dicerted to Mattala International Airport in Hambanthota this morning due to the heavy showers experienced at Katunayake area this morning .
After weather has improved the two planes had returned to Katunayake Airport this morning it has been revealed .

Cost Of Living Committee To Reduce Prices Of Five Essential Commodities
Although there's no festival nearby ,The
cost of living commitee has today (21)announced that the Committe has decided to reduce the prices of few essential commodities in the market including Dried chillies ,Canned fish ,Eggs and chicken for the forthcoming festive season .
Accordingly to reduce the market price of Dried chillies the tax imposed on a kilo gramme of imported dried chillies will be reduced by Rs.20 from Rs
25 to Rs.5 and the tax imposed on imported Canned fish to be reduced by Rs.75 from Rs.100 to Rs.25 the chairman of the Committee Agriculture Minister P.Harrison has stated .
Cost of living committe had also decided to allow traders to import Eggs and Chicken to reduce the market prices of them .
Government has also decided to release 48,000 metric tonnes of Paddy stored in government stores to small and mediun scale paddy mills to convert it to rice and released to the market to sell Rs..85 per A kilo gramne of Samba rice and Rs.80 per a Kilo gramme of Nadu rice it has been announced .
